Gary Ford
Ran Bramley 10 on 17th February and set PB's at 5k, 10k along the way to a PB 10 mile

Samantha Aplin
Came 3rd overall, and won her age group at the Dambuster duathlon, and so qualified for World Duathlon Champs in Canada later this year.

Barrie Day
Has now knocked 82 sec off his Park Run 5k time, and ran Fleet Half Marathon 6 min quicker than last year.

Sally Goble
Competed for GB age-group team in the World Triathlon Champs in Aukland, and has qualified automatically for the 2013 World Champs in London.

Andy Goddard
Came 7th in his first attempt at Dorney Lake Duathlon, in 41.30. Next attempt he came 2nd in 37.20, just 9 sec behind winner.

Martin Hewetson
Keeps improving his Park Run 5k time, and ran a massive 20mile PB, at a pace 18 sec per mile faster than he expected.

Russell Champion
Knocked 6 min off his half marathon PB at Silverstone – 1.29.59 – and is now aiming for a full marathon in Paris on April 7.

Finished 12th (50-55) also in the World Duathlon champs, Nancy - despite controversial 2 min penalty.

After 5 sessions with Julian in 3 months, took 30min off his previous best time for Windsor Half Marathon... his PB time is now 90min 33sec

After just 2 sessions completed the Badger Half Marathon in 1hr 45min
